Communication was impossible. We would send documents and then was told we didn't send those documents. All of our closing documents we signed, stated that we had to show up to closing with $933. A day and a half before closing, we were told...

Michelle was great. The underwriters were difficult at times and on closing day they didn't inform me of some documents they needed which delayed the closing.
