I really didn't have much to do with Colten Mortgage. Apparently my Buyers were very happy and that is my only knowledge of how Colten worked. My limited dealings with Michelle were very nice and professional.
Overall great experience.
Michelle was great. She explained the process and it went smoothly. She kept me informed weekly and answered all my questions and was very patient with me.
