Everyone on Michelle's team was so kind, very clear in direction and so prompt with communication. It's never easy going through an underwriting process but this group made it as easy as it could be!

Be sure to have everything ready for closing day. We we waiting for 4 hours for CrossCountry to get their closing documents ready that should have been down days earlier and there had been a overall lack of communication during the process....
