Michele made it easy to navigate the mortgage process. Even when she was out on medical leave she had people lined up to look after my needs.
Michele was very helpful and communicative throughout the entire house-buying process. As first time homeowners, we feel very fortunate that we had Michele available whenever we needed to ask questions.
Perhaps this was my issue, but the hassle, and the lack of clear communication around underwriting was very frustrating and time consuming.
Good rates, quick replies, helped us close early
