Michele was a pleasure to work with. She was always very responsive and knowledgeable.
Michelle made every step easy answered every question and guided us every step of the way.
It was easy to work with my Michele, she was very accommodating to my busy schedule. Exceptionally patient and helpful in all aspects of my lending experience.
We had to submit the same documents multiple times and we reached out to the company rather than the company reaching out to us. If we didn't stay on top of it, our interest rate would be much higher due to not locking it in sooner.

The flexibility and being able to call right through to anyone I needed to talk with.
