My husband was handling most of the closing process but I appreciated Michel’s kindness and willingness to help.
Michel was very knowledgeable. Kept in close contact during important parts of the loan process but did not badger us regularly during our extended search process. (other lenders did, which I did not appreciate).
Great communication skills, prompt responses, explained what was happening and what to expect in easy terms and small chunks of information at a time. Friendly and caring.
She was very motivated, patient and kind!
