    The process takes way too long. The appraiser held up the process several times. He did not list things that needed fixed until after we had moved into the house and it was to the point that we had to fix them and it was costing to us money...

    It was mostly with the process of the loan. We were waiting for everyone else that made us wait and cost us a lot of money.

    Michael was just wonderful to work with! I had quite a few issues of my own creation that caused us some issues getting to closing, but Michael was just wonderful to work with as worked those out.

    He communicated everything that was happening throughout the process. It took a long time to get the loan processed but Michael reassured us everything was still in track and never over promised when things did not go the way he wanted them....
