Loan processor Terri Peterson was ill on and off for a extended period of time and the communication stopped. It became a black hole. The saviors were Lisa Merritt and Avery Collard.

They gave me a better interest rate than anyone else, and I tried multiple places that promised a better rate but couldn't deliver. I'm super happy with how it all went.
