Communication was key. Had a few small technical difficulties with statement accuracy early on in the process. Mike and his team were fantastic throughout the mortgage process. Highly recommend Mike & Dart.

Communication of updates only happened when I reached out asking. The assistant who needed documents wasn’t clear on what he needed so we often had to send multiple types of documents until he got what he needed.
