We needed to understand all of our loan options prior to committing to a conventional loan that was not feasibl. Would like earlier communication before nearly terminating loan when other options were available.
While the whole experience wasnt great because of a income snag, Michael and his supervisor Dan did everything they could to get us to the finish line. They were always reachable and very professiona.
