Doing online for the 1st time wasn't easy. We made costly mistakes, I did a refi in person, which was much quicker, but we learned a lot.

Communication was below average in keeping on our file to get it closed in the said time frame. We kept having to call Allison and didn't hear much from Michael once we got started.
