I fell the communication between Chad and the underwriter good have been much better to communicate more effectively to me information that they needed to approve the loan in a more timely manner.
Chad worked with us and was very informative when we had questions.

Chad and Michelle were great! They both communicated quickly with anything I needed. Michelle was extremely helpful getting me to closing. I would highly recommend Chad for any mortgage needs.
