Our loan advisor was great. The only issue we had is with Cross Country itself with the never-ending phone calls everyday for lack of payment. They need to communicate better.

Michael was very good throughout the process! He handled my Va loan with exceptional care, and even after a water test delay he made sure we could get the loan closed on time! Cross country and Michael Sender are great!

While we had a snafu with the notary the day before Christmas Eve, Michael went to work for us to reschedule and make sure we had a closing and was great at communicating with us.
