Michael was Great to work with! He was quick to respond to me with Monthly payment estimates when I was looking at homes and when I found my house he helped me understand the process.

The pre approval process might need some adjustments. We were pre approved and all of a sudden we had to spend another 19,000 we weren't planning on or we couldn't get the loan.
I appreciated how Michael went above and beyond in answering my questions, and guiding me along, during non-traditional business hours. He was extremely patient, transparent and reassuring throughout the entire process.
