Overall, I'm very pleased. This is my second home purchase where I've used Caliber. My first experience was stellar. This one had a few more hiccups - most specifically the underwriter seemed very confused or inexperienced in her questions...

Tried to us Mike and his team to purchase my new house. His professionalism equals being nonprofessional, and very unfriendly customer service. At a later stage I discovered that he was trying to take advantage from customer(s) with less experience...
