Fast turn around time.
I was very nervous but the guy that helped me Mike who helped me was very kind and patient with me
Once Michael found the loan match for us the online process was seamless and straightforward with a step-by-step loan process. The 3-5 day start to finish was extended by few days due to AZ requiring in-person notary.
Returning calls is inconsistent. Pre approval micheal returned calls… post approval i felt ignored. Not a good way to make a client feel connected. Maybe my question did not pertain to his department? Even so he could have been more helpful…...
