The loan officer was very accommodating and communicative and had strong customer service skills. We knew the status of things and didn't have to ask a lot of questions or wait an inordinate amount of time for answers.
First time buyer here. A lot of nerves and questions. Mike and his team were amazing. He gave me his cell number and was always very responsive and super nice about every silly question I had. Would 100% recommend to all of my friends.
