Michael was great and things went smoothly after he took over.
We are more than happy to work with New fed every time . This is our their time doing mortgage with them, the process is very smooth and there is always people to help us with any questions.
The one thing I would change is the online esign. If it worked efficiently it would be great. Every time we tried to open or esign the documents there was an issue. Very time consuming and ineffective. The overall experience with Mike Rice...
