The rules and requirements regarding the loan kept changing. I would be told one thing, and then something completely different would be communicated back to me later. Level of communication was poor both between team members and back to me....

The most important thing is that the job is getting done but the marks would be higher except that Debbie's PERCEPTION is that this was harder than she wanted it to be. Too many details, probably, for her to keep track of in what was already...
