Great communication.

The communication is great. I felt like I was pretty well informed.

Be honest and upfront. Trust, that is the key !! Your team made sure I was kept waiting for an answer till the final week before closing so I am left with no option. Answer customer calls and emails on a timely manner even after a deal is confirmed....
