Quickly and clearly responded to questions.
Michael was very helpful in walking us through this complicated and stressful process.
Michael was always responsive to every question . He was always positive and made the entire process clear. I enjoyed working with him.
Michael was excellent but it seems communication from his 'office' didn't have exact procedures in place. It caused him to come back to me a number of times to re do forms/paperwork.
It was not a good time to be applying for a reverse mortgage, with the terms changing, interest rates suddenly rising, reevaluation of property values, second appraisals resulting in reduced values, some communications confusing from the company....
