Mike always took the time to explain everything and make sure I knew what was going on. Buying a home is a difficult and confusing process so it was extremely helpful to have someone who was looking out for me.
Mike made sure that everything got turned around quickly enough to meet obligations to close on time, even in the face of absurd delays on the part of the sellers.
Personable and responsive no matter the time or day.
It took way too much time to get approved. The underwriting did not understand my assets and required way too much documentation.
