The whole experience
Once we were approved, the process was quick and easy. Online portal was easy to use, and staff was easy to get ahold of if we had questions.
I think that there could be a better understanding for 1st time home buyers of what is going on through the loan process without making them feel incompetant. Its a very hard, very strange and very stressful time, and having a loan officer...
