Michael was extremely friendly and responsive every time I had a concern. It was my first time buying a home and he made me feel comfortable throughout my process. He was very supportive and answered all 1 million of my questions.
The communication back and forth between Michael, his team and us, along with the ease or uploading/signing documents to the portal made for an excellent experience.
