Very hard to get ahold of anyone and loan paperwork was a mess.
Mike was able to get my buyers to the table - It was a difficult situation. They needed to use an FHA 203K to complete their transaction midway through processing. Quickly and flawlessly Cross Country was able to pivot to make this happen....
