Michael was great but the rest of the team, was not happy at all. I went through 4 different processors. I would recommend Michael but never Amerisave.

Make all the imformation clear up front. And not send a company out with the wrong imformation and charge the custumer for it. And tell all that is invoved up front so there is no problems with loan .

They got right back to me, and assisted me to understand next steps. Kept me informed and up to date. The loan process took a little longer than I had expected or was explained to me from the beginning. Other than that it went well.
