They were supposed to wire funds to our bank account and they mailed a chec. This has delayed our project 2 weeks as the funds have to clear. What really chaps my a$$ is not one a-hole a the decency to call or email.

Was a lot of information needed to get this loan but that was expected. Got responses in a timely manner and wasn't disappointed with really anything throughout the process. Would recommend this company.
