I'm sorry you did not have a great experience. Nothing is more important than delivering great customer experiences.
Make sure Loan Officer knows everything. i shouldnt find out at 4:30PM the day i was supposed to close that i have 2 options. I cant use gift funds i was told by the loan officer to use or i have to come up with an extra 5% down. Also dont...

Michael and his team were responsive, helpful, and quick. There were a couple of hiccups, but those are always to be expected; othi g put of the ordinary. I felt like the process was overall smooth and professional.
