Great communication from Michael and Karen via phone and email. I was referred by a friend after dealing with another lender. The portal set up for me was straightforward and easy to use.

Great customer service and explained things throughout the application process

Mike is a pleasure to work with. He is very responsive and makes for a very seamless process. Have used Mike for two transactions and both were great experiences.
