Have used Koopman’s ream multiple times. Would never use anyone else. Fantastic.
Thx again Koop, and let us know if you see rates drop to a level that refinancing might make sense. We will likely pay down the mortgage at some point in the future to allow us to not have PMI when we go to do that.
