    Quicker process. I would often contact someone just to find out what was going on with the loan process. Now that the loan has been processed I don't know when other lenders will be paid nor do I know when I start making payment on my loan....

    In the beginning it was a little rough going but when Michael got involved everything righted and went very smoothly and expeditiously.

    My primary contact changed frequently. This seemed to cause delays with contacts and getting the loan closed. Having a consistent contact single point contact would have helped the process.
