I really appreciate the pre-underwriting process you all implement. Nothing is more frustrating than getting to the final days before closing thinking everything is fine then be asked for 6 new things and find out you may not close on time....

Thank you for recognizing that and sharing it. I know it's more work upfront than other lenders want to do, but a lot less stressful in the end.
