Very communicative. Great for first time buyers and navigated us through the process and answered my panic calls too!
Second time with Mike’s team, and the service has only gotten better. Speedy communication, always available for questions, and makes the process as efficient and smooth as can be. Will continue to use the team for any future purchases.
Friendly, genuine interactions, and I felt confident they could close on the day we needed (vs. the big banks we looked into). It was also very easy to submit any documents electronically and their portal was easy to navigate.

I thought all the people I dealt with were super nice. That was the greatest thing. The only thing I would do differently would be to introduce all the team members up front before they are thrown into the equation.
