Michael does a great job finding solutions and provided detailed, understandable explanations for any situation. Also great at providing updates throughout the process.
This has been an extremely difficult loan process, but Michael has gone to bat for us to make it happen and push through the challenges. I'm not sure someone else would have worked as hard or would have been successful, given our situation.
