    Michael was wonderful and held my hand through the entire process. I was apprehensive at first but he made me feel at ease and comfortable with the process and was always available to go over issues or questions. One of the best!!!

    I was disappointed about the pressure of locking the rates at the much higher rate ( then the market rate or what was discussed perviously) and the advice to lower the rate by purchasing the points.
