Hearing loud banging noises and children in background, coughing on phone, etc. during most calls with everyone I worked with during refinance calls. Felt rushed through process and had to argue with Michael to get him to go to underwriting...

Michael helped lead my HELOC process successfully and was very professional and kind throughout the entire process. We had some challenges along the way he was able to pivot and help secure so we can find the finish line.
