Michael and his team do a great job in communicatiing throughout the process of shopping for a mortgage and closing. Fairway has an excellent website/portal that makes the entire process very straightforward.

I had no issues with Mike & Brendan. However, the underwriting department was constantly asking for more information even when they had the resources to get it themselves.

Apologies for the challenges on some of the document requests, unfortunately agency (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac) requirements these days can be pretty strict in certain areas. But glad we got through it and to closing on time!
