Great communication through the process
Michael was a great communicator and a man of his word. With the interest rates rising, we locked in a a good rate and when the builder delayed our close date which went outside of the rate lock expiration date I was not penalized.

He brokered our mortgage and always kept us in the loop. He answered all our questions.
He had a good understanding of what we needed and guided us though our loan application process till it was concluded.
My direct conversations and email correspondence with Michael were great. However, the communication with Michael's team and internal communication within the FB team could be improved.
