Ease of process...Although, I would have like to have all documents submitted at once...It seemed like everyday there where new documents to submit but I think that's because of FHA and the underwriter wanted different docs
Mike was very responsive, answered all our questions and help us close on our first home super quick!
Fast communication (replies to emails, after each step processed). Low workload for us each step of the way (it was always clear what needed to be done and we were not overburdened).
Mike was responsive and informative. Really easy to work with.
There was so much paper work but hardly any explanation as to why certian documents were needed. There was a ton of documents needed at the beginning but then each time we turned in papers we were told we needed more papers and more papers....
