This was a seamless transaction and from the realtors side of this deal we had no issues and everything was done well in advance. Great communication during the process was also a plus.
Ben saved the transaction! I reached out to him 5 days before closing, after receiving unfortunate news from my client's current lender. I couldn't tell the buyer she was not going to buy her property and I needed to look for another option....
