Consistent communication and making the close of escrow date.
Communication is very important to me as a realtor , Micheal did not disappoint. I would definitely refer him in the future.
Michael was on top of everything. He gave weekly updates and was even able to get the buyers conditionally approved within one week of opening escrow! Michael even answered his phone after work hours.
Made the experience fast and easy and answered all of the questions I had. Continued to be there and help walk me through the process so I would feel overwhelmed.
