They were very helpful and thorough. They made the process easier and they made sure we were taken care of.
I was definitely expecting the process to go faster, but it was my first time so I can't really say it was amazing.
The people we dealt with were very polite however, the loan process took several months (April to November) and due to that delay we were asked to resubmit updated bank statements, etc. several times. Much of the delay was due to vacations...
