I initially published a review in which I complained about Michael not getting me a pre-approval letter. It is not his fault that I could not get a pre-approval letter; due to my high debt to income ratio, approvals would be done on a "home-by-home"...

This review is completely inaccurate. No pre-approval was provided because client does not qualify and this has been communicated many times over the past 6 months.
I have been speaking to Michael Brown with Churchill Mortgage for SIX MONTHS and have yet to receive a pre-approval letter for my FHA loan. I have even toured homes with my realtor, thinking that I had everything squared away to make an offer...

Michel was awesome! He managed to beat the offer we had received from Rocket Mortgage. Thanks to him we closed on our loan super quick.
My wife and I used Michael for our first home purchase. We were please with the knowledge and expertise that was given to us.
