Mike was very knowledgeable and very detailed in discussing our loan options with us. His weekly phone calls were extremely helpful to keep us updated on the loan process. It was very easy to upload documents in the portal as well.

My experience was great! Everyone was very easy to communicate with and answered any and all questions in a timely manner.
MIchael was phenomenal through our entire experience. We started working with him a year before we started house shopping and he not only kept up with our journey, but also gave us updates on where we were along the way.
Mike was very thorough and helpful throughout my whole home buying process! I received frequent emails, calls, and texts to keep me in the loop regarding the status of my loans and next steps .
experience was good. The staff was great. Communication was OK and it's a good team to work with.
Mike was patient with me, took time to explore a lot of options and walked me through each one. I appreciated how I felt like I could ask him any questions and he would shoot me straight.
