Mica was always quick to answer his phone and emails. It didn't matter what time of day I called him, he always answered and was eager to help. He had answers for all my questions, and the answers he didn't know he was able to find quickly.

Mr. James was very polite and informative. And I don't want to forget to mention his assistant she was very informative and helpful as well.
