    Mica was very easy to work with. His supporting staff created a continuity of communication flow. Even when he was on vacation (I was unaware) he was sending me price simulations for houses we were viewing. The closing costs were very reasonable....

    Maybe a little more personal interaction vs. texting; just helps build relationship to have conversations verbally vs. texting back and forth. I get the needed efficiencies....but if relationship-building is a goal...then that would help. Felt...
