About
My name is Meredith Williams, and I am a Mortgage Banker at First Horizon Bank. I joined the bank in 2018 after selling my mortgage company of 35 years. After graduating from Terry College of Business at UGA, I started my banking career as an operations and loan auditor for a medium sized bank in downtown Atlanta. In 1983, my father, a small-town bank President, enlisted me to be his Mortgage Loan Underwriter for his company, WD Little Mortgage Corp, which was one of the longest running and oldest Mortgage Brokerages in the state. I ultimately took over the company and ran it prior to joining First Horizon Bank, which taught me how to handle and control every step of the mortgage process, creating smart, efficient, and smooth closings.
