Melissa definitely thought outside the box to figure out solutions for our mortgage. She even stayed late at the law office to ensure we closed that day.
It was nice to get such a quick closing date. The paper process was fast and convenient, using a secure electronic system. But Melissa was also available in person to ensure that I stayed on schedule.
