It was mostly done online. I could reach Melissa by phone, text or email with questions. It went perfectly despite COVID 19 interference. Closing was a little odd with vinyl gloves, but understandable.
Extremely helpful through the whole process
Through out searching for a house she was patient with us. She would periodically check on us and asked questions over the year. I’m very thankful for the opportunity to work with her on our house search.
She kept in constant contact with us. Always asked before running our credit. The fact that we had waited for almost a year after first contact with her before purchasing a home, she was just as helpful on first contact a she was at the end....
