At the last minute, Pennymac informed me, they do not make resort cabin loans. Melissa worked with me in an urgent basis to get the loan through prior to settlement
Best customer service we've ever received. I don't think Missy is ever off the clock. She responded to our texts and emails promptly, regardless of tie of day or day of the week! Didn't interact with Julie as much but she was just as responsive...
